What's it about?

This new Habitat program provides temporary ramps to hospice patients so they may safely enter and exit their homes. These ramps are build specifically to meet all needs of the recipient; wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, ect. When the ramps are no longer needed the household contacts our office and the ramps are removed. For permanent accessibility ramps, please ask about our Home Repair Program.
